Status: We can confirm that the issue affecting eInvoices being picked up via the mail import process has now been resolved. The invoices are currently being processed and catching up. We expect the backlog to be fully up to date within the next 30 minutes.

We continue to work with Qlik to resolve the underlying licensing issue affecting the QlikView processing engines. Discussions are ongoing to implement the required licensing changes, which will restore all processing engines to full operation and further improve processing resilience. A workaround in the interim is also being explored.

Status: We are currently experiencing delays in the generation of data feeds due to unexpected issues encountered following the recent licence renewal on a couple of our servers.
As a result, data feeds are currently being processed by a single server, which is causing delays in their generation. Please be assured that data feeds continue to be processed in the background and will be delivered to all subscribed users as soon as they are available.
Our technical teams are actively working with the third party provider (Qlik) to restore full processing capacity and minimise the delay.
