Web Procure - Document upload issue - Resolved

Status: We are currently investigating an issue affecting document uploads when creating solicitations. Users may receive the error message: "Ooops, Upload process is interrupted. Something went wrong."

Our technical teams are actively investigating the issue. Initial log reviews have not identified any errors, and further technical investigations are ongoing to identify the underlying cause and restore the upload functionality.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Web Procure US instance - Access issues

Status: The Web procure application is now up and running. Users should be able to access the application without any errors.

Status: Our third-party network engineers are currently carrying out replication activities as part of the ongoing investigation into yesterday's incident. As a result, users may experience issues accessing the application at the moment.

We have contacted the third-party provider and requested that this activity be stopped immediately to restore full access to the application. Their engineers are actively working to ensure the service is fully accessible as quickly as possible.

Status: Our third-party network provider is currently carrying out replication tests as part of the ongoing investigation into yesterday's incident. These tests are being performed outside of US business hours to minimise any potential impact on our US customer base.

Status: The Web Procure US instance is now back online and operating normally. Users should now be able to access the application without encountering any errors.

Our third-party network provider has implemented a workaround, successfully restoring connectivity and application access.

Initial investigations indicate that the issue may be related to the Disaster Recovery (DR) test carried out over the weekend. However, the investigation remains ongoing to confirm the root cause. A detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be shared once the investigation has been completed.

There are currently some challenges in re-establishing connectivity between the data centres, which is contributing to a longer restoration time than anticipated. Our technical teams and third-party provider are actively working to resolve these connectivity issues as quickly as possible.
