New AI capabilities bring impressive results for Proactis Invoice Capture customers, with significant reduction in the need for manual keying

Proactis, the leading Source-to-Pay software solution provider, has revealed that an evaluation of supplier invoices from a diverse set of customers using Proactis Rego Invoice Capture AI has yielded impressive improvements in invoice processing efficiency and accuracy.

Using AI to extract data from invoices, Proactis has added machine learning capabilities to its already powerful Invoice Capture solution, enabling the capture of invoices and conversion of unstructured data into truly electronic invoices. Combining a market leading and proven solution with new AI and machine learning capabilities means Proactis now provides unrivalled extraction and query resolution processes that fully support "No PO, No Pay" best practices and makes invoice processing more efficient, more accurate, and faster. The solution has recently been trialled by a group of customers from across Proactis’ key markets, with impressive results.

One customer achieved 98% automation in core invoice fields, reducing manual intervention in the capture of invoices to just over 2%, with nearly 70% of customers seeing a 48% or greater reduction in manual keying needed for invoices. This further demonstrates AI can optimise invoice processing, with all customers experiencing meaningful improvements.**
