Cloud Migration Infrastructure Upgrade

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a secure, reliable, and scalable service which supports future growth, we will soon be upgrading the cloud infrastructure that underpins our hosted solutions.

We recognise how important uninterrupted service is to our customers. To reduce any potential impact during the migration, we are scheduling the majority of the work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends. Our teams will be actively managing and monitoring the changes throughout the process, with safeguards in place to maintain service stability and we are committed to delivering these improvements while keeping disruption to an absolute minimum.

We have already commenced our internal preparations, with our hosted Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Invoice Capture modules being the first scheduled for infrastructure upgrade, followed closely by the Proactis Marketplace (also known as Marketplace Classic).

Following each upgrade phase, we ask that you allocate time to validate and test your key business processes. As we move closer to each milestone, we will continue to provide further details and timelines, to help you plan the testing with confidence.
