Proactis launches new Source-to-Pay experience to enhance productivity, user onboarding and process adoption

Proactis, the leading Source-to-Pay software solution provider, has announced the roll-out of an intuitive new interface to enhance user experience, help boost productivity, and ultimately maximise the control of spend and supply-chain risks.

The navigation has been upgraded to enable users to find products, information and follow processes quickly. The highly intuitive interface features uncluttered screens, familiar layouts and minimal input requirements, meaning employees can more easily order what they need, managers can review requests and department heads can track spend. This maximises the impact of your procurement and finance strategy, delivering better ROI through increased efficiency, faster onboarding and stronger user process adoption.

The platform’s modern design has been specifically developed to maintain the software’s longevity, making it future proof for evolving user needs and technological advancements. And similar to "everyday" websites, the software’s responsiveness ensures it is accessible across any device, supporting a modern, mobile workforce.

This new experience is the latest of a new breed of Source-to-Pay technology being developed at Proactis. During the company's 2023 ReThink Conference, a number of key technology investment themes were highlighted. Work on bringing these to life started with Proactis’ new IPaaS, to help Finance and Procurement teams maximise their time by speeding up integrations between their Source-to-Pay and wider technology stacks. This was followed by its use of AI to extract data from invoices to drive even greater efficiency and accuracy, minimising duplication, errors and further reducing the need for manual intervention throughout the AP automation process.
