Chris Rauch appointed Chief Operating Officer

Chris Rauch joins Proactis as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience in leading Customer Success, Support and Professional Services operations within SaaS businesses, and a strong track record of driving operational performance, scaling organisations and delivering customer-focused transformation.
