Stephen Line

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Stephen joined Proactis in June 2022, with over 20 years’ experience in the software industry, to support Proactis’ transformational initiatives.

Stephen has a wealth of experience from over 20 years in B2B software, helping deliver scalable international growth programmes and overseeing the delivery of many transformational business projects. Prior to Proactis, he held positions at Harness, an innovative software delivery platform, where he was EMEA VP & GM, and data and analytics company, Cloudera, where he helped scale the business to have sales teams in 18 countries, customers in 65 countries and ARR from <$1m to $250m.

Ilija Ugrinic

Director of Strategy & Innovation

As Director of Strategy & Innovation at Proactis, Ilija leads the shaping the company vision and market strategy, with a strong focus on emerging trends and a passion for customer-centric solutions. Ilija plays a pivotal role in positioning the company to meet the diverse and evolving needs of customers, leveraging innovative and emerging technologies to drive progress.

Drawing on experience of customer challenges and being at the forefront of the use of Artificial Intelligence, Ilija is spearheading initiatives to deliver true customer value through innovation, while ensuring Proactis is positioned at the forefront of spend management. With over 20 years of experience within spend management from both a procurement and finance perspective, Ilija is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and has occupied a variety of roles with his vast experience, providing insights from customers, strategic partners and innovative technologies.

Bonnie Mitchell

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Bonnie joined Proactis as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in September 2023 to drive Proactis’ financial growth and success in the coming years.

Bonnie joined Proactis from Form3 with over 15 years of experience in finance across practice advisory, consumer brands and technology companies, and has seen first-hand how organizations control their spend and reduce risk. Her financial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership skills play a pivotal role in driving Proactis' financial objectives and growth strategy.

Lucy Fox

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Lucy Fox joined Proactis as Chief Commercial Officer in January 2023 to maximize commercial growth for Proactis.

Lucy has extensive experience from senior roles for fast growth SaaS companies. She is an experienced Commercial leader, having successfully driven business development in enterprise software and IT B2B organizations from start-ups to large enterprise organizations covering multiple industry sectors.

Graham Davis

Director of Operations

Graham joined Proactis in mid-2024 as Director of Global Operations having held senior positions at one of Europe’s largest independent IT groups, SCC, Fujitsu and SAS, among others.

Graham has over 20 years' experience of helping organizations accelerate and grow and, via our commercial operations and go-to-market strategy, will help Proactis get to where it deserves to be - one of the most admired brands in the SaaS space.
