ISO 9001

Proactis holds ISO 9001 standard for its UK offices. ISO 9001 is a Quality Management Systems standard for documented processes and continual improvement, to show customers that a company has defined business processes spanning from the sales cycle, through development and implementation of our products.

ISO 27001

Proactis has been awarded ISO 27001 certification for Information Security and Risk Management. The standard is to give assurances regarding change control and access controls.

MRI Software Platinum Solution Partner

Proactis has been recognised as an MRI Software Platinum Solution Partner - one of MRI’s highest Solution Partner tiers. This is reserved for Partners that reach a significant revenue level, have many joint clients, operate across regions with multiple MRI product families, and have strategic go-to-market actions to generate mutual success.

G-Cloud

Proactis has successfully gained a coveted position on the UK Government’s procurement initiative, G-Cloud 12. G-Cloud is the specialist supplier framework, run by the UK Government, to make the procurement process easier and quicker for public sector buyers.

SAP® Certification for Integration with SAP Applications

Proactis has certification for its Catalogue & Search solution, achieving SAP® Certification for integration with SAP applications.

ISAE 3402

ISAE 3402 is a standard for documenting that a service organisation has adequate internal controls. The control objectives are defined for both corporate systems, solutions and the supporting infrastructure which underpins the Proactis solutions.

Since 2018, Proactis has invited a recognised, third-party auditor to assess and provide Proactis with ISAE 3402 assurance reports for the following solutions:

Cyber Essentials Plus

Proactis has received Cyber Essentials Plus certification for its UK offices. This is the highest level of certification offered under the Cyber Essentials scheme - the UK Government-backed scheme that helps businesses protect themselves against the growing threat of cyber attacks.

EcoVadis Bronze Sustainability Rating

Proactis has been awarded the Bronze sustainability rating from EcoVadis, an independent rating agency that assesses environmental performance and Corporate Social Responsibility – based on Proactis' sustainability management and advanced approach to CSR. Read more here.

PEPPOL




Proactis solutions have become certified PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line) Access Points. The PEPPOL network contains public institutions from more than 19 European countries and this accreditation means that customers can access the PEPPOL network via The Business Network and Esize solutions.

SSAE 18

The North American Office continues to achieve a favourable SSAE 18 SOC 1 Type 2 report. Previously known as SAS 70 and SSAE 16, this type of report provides statements on the organisation’s system and the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of controls. The standards are in line with the Standards for Attestation Engagements No 18 (SSAE 18).

SAP certification (BPO service delivery of Supplier Relationship Management)




Proactis has certification for BPO service delivery of Supplier Relationship Management, having first been certified in 2010. The certificate was granted by the SAP Partner Service Delivery organization for demonstrating clear quality standards and processes aligned to SAP principles.

XRechnung

Under German law, all invoicing parties are required to send invoices to public invoice recipients in the XRechnung format. XRechnung is a standard for electronic invoices sent to the contracting authorities (including the federal government, states and municipalities) in Germany. The Proactis Business Network complies by providing the ability to send invoices in XRechnung format.
