Proactis appoints Jeremy Roche as new Chairman
Proactis, the leading Source-to-Pay software solution provider, is delighted to name Jeremy Roche as its new chairman of the board. This follows the successful launch of
Proactis Rego and continued growth, and will further strengthen Proactis' senior leadership team. Jeremy undertakes this new role to actively help the leadership team to further drive the company’s growth across its chosen markets.
Throughout his career in the technology and software industry, Jeremy has gained a wealth of senior leadership experience. He has held high profile positions at leading SaaS vendors such as Unit4 and was the driving force behind the creation of FinancialForce in 2009 with investment from Unit4 and Salesforce. The company has grown to become the leading Cloud ERP vendor with apps built entirely on the Salesforce Cloud Platform. Jeremy now has Board roles with high growth venture and private equity backed businesses such as Paid, Grip, Forecast and AutoRek.
