The Prince Bernhard Culture Fund chooses Proactis for its ease of use
May 2021 - Proactis, the spend management experts, has announced that the Prince Bernhard Culture Fund has selected Proactis P2P.
The Prince Bernhard Culture Fund, founded on August 10, 1940, has a rich history in safeguarding cultural heritage and nature by connecting people, worlds and ideas. The not-for-profit organization operates from its headquarters in Amsterdam and from 12 provincial departments, where they grant approximately 4,000 awards annually for the benefit of cultural heritage.
The Foundation wanted a single solution for the ordering to payment process to gain more insight into its current obligations and required uniformity of working methods within various branches of the organization.
The Prince Bernhard Culture Fund selected Proactis. The capabilities of the Proactis P2P solution perfectly matched the wishes and expectations of the Foundation. The solution will ensure that the organization will have control over its budgets from the start and will be able to optimize the budget available. In addition, the platform will largely take over the manual processing of invoices by removing error-prone processes and lost invoices and above all vastly improving efficiency.
"Proactis is very user-friendly, as those that place orders are helped to choose the correct general ledger account for their order and the number of manual steps in the overall process is limited. We expect that colleagues will soon be recording agreements with suppliers on the front-end in the same P2P system as orders - including for services. This is a big change internally, and to make this change as smooth as possible, we needed a user-friendly system that helps order-takers get started quickly."
