Leading technical service organization to manage consultancy and services spend to achieve greater ROI with Proactis

Proactis, the global spend management company, has announced that a world leader in premium quality, safety and sustainability solutions, will be extending its use of Proactis cloud-based software to manage the procurement of services and improve group-wide adoption and user experience.

The company launched a competitive tender for a new end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay and eInvoice management solution, with the specific aim of transforming its businesses for managing its consultancy and services spend – which accounts for 50% of its total expenditure. A key requirement was for the new solution to be intuitive and easy to use, so that it could be easily adopted by the 22,000 users.

As the company already used Proactis solutions to help manage spend of routine, commonly purchased goods and services, it took the logical step of extending this functionality to create a closed-loop spend control process for all spend categories, including complex services spend. By leveraging the solutions already deployed, the company expects to better leverage its spend and increase spend under management, whilst ensuring greater adoption and familiarity across the Group.
