The Guinness Partnership goes live with Proactis Supplier Management
Proactis, the global spend management company, today announced that The Guinness Partnership has extended its digital transformation of procurement with Proactis to enhance the organization’s supplier relationship and compliance processes.
With 65,000 homes and 135,000 customers, The Guinness Partnership is one of the largest affordable housing and care providers in the country. Having already streamlined their sourcing process with Proactis, they will now maintain their supplier base with complete and up-to-date information uploaded by suppliers through a shared portal, as part of their consistent supplier qualification and review processes.
“In using Proactis’ supplier management solution, we intend to improve the efficiency of our supplier information management process and capture consistent compliance data,” stated Danny Moore, Category Manager at The Guinness Partnership.
Proactis Supplier Management will help The Guinness Partnership to better manage the supplier onboarding process and supplier information by offering a centralized supplier directory with profiles, capabilities, categories and intelligence. It can be used to monitor compliance requirements and to analyse and rationalize the supply base.
