Proactis Statement – Coronavirus (Covid-19)

We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation affecting companies and individuals across the globe. The health and wellbeing of our team members, customers and partners remains our top priority and we are also keeping up-to-date with government and healthcare body information and advice that might affect our teams.

Proactis is an international company, with major centers of operation in the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and Asia-Pacific and with multiple offices within each region.  Each of our regions and countries are locally self-sufficient in terms of the staffing to provide services to our customers and we have robust Business Continuity Plans in place to ensure that our business can deliver the necessary levels of service and support required.

Our teams benefit from using systems and tools that are accessible from any location and this enables them to work remotely.  Our plans are flexible and allow us to make required adjustments for specific scenarios and we are certain that this will allow us to continue to support all our customers during these unpredictable times.

At this time, the majority of our offices remain open and staffed, however, based on government guidance, and to protect our employees, we have made the decision for some of our team members to work from home for the foreseeable future, where this is possible, and we will extend this if advised to do so.  Our business will continue to provide customers with the support that they need, despite a change to our normal working practices.

We have shared internal guidance with all our team members and have a process in place should any team member present any symptoms of concern.

We will continue to review the situation on a regular basis and provide updates, if and when required.
