Proactis strengthens customer success strategy by investing in new solution training capabilities

09 October 2019 - Proactis, the global spend management and B2B eCommerce company, has announced details of new training capabilities to strengthen its customer success strategy.

Proactis’ primary organisational objective is to drive the success of customers, and this means putting them at the forefront of its company strategy. Adrian Gibson, UK Customer Service Director, commented: “One of the key investments we’re making to support this is in solution training and we are delighted to announce that we have appointed Brij Thakrar to lead our UK Training department and implement our blended learning strategy. Brij has a deep-rooted passion for helping others succeed and joins us with a wealth of experience in building bespoke courses and delivering both class-room training and e-learning courses.”

A number of courses are already available that can be delivered on-site and online. Bespoke courses are also available to suit individual needs.
