US Market Director
Michael Ereli
Michael became US Market Director in early 2021 following his role as EVP Professional Services at Proactis.

Michael held various roles at Perfect Commerce before the merger with Proactis and is an experienced eCommerce leader with 30 years of experience in Big 5, industry and start-up environments, including ChemConnect and Supply Chain Connect LLC. His skills include strategy development, large project management, business development and technology operations. 
Chief Executive Officer
Tim Sykes

Tim became the group’s Chief Executive Officer in January 2019 and is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy.

Tim has been with Proactis since 2006 and became full-time Chief Financial Officer in 2015. He has built up expertise within the small cap AIM listed market with over 25 financial years' experience across numerous companies. He has also held senior positions within corporate finance at KPMG and as Commercial Director at Mountain Warehouse.

Richard Hughes

Richard joined Proactis in 2019 and, as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial operations.

Richard has significant experience in financial control, accounting, reporting, compliance and governance across EMEA, CALA and APAC gained through his roles at ARRIS International plc, Pace plc and PwCs.

Chief Technology Officer
Paul van Rietschoten

In Paul’s role as CTO he is responsible for product development, product management and product marketing.

Paul joined Proactis in 2018 as CTO of Esize, which he co-founded in 1999 and was acquired by Proactis in 2018. Paul worked for a number of years at TIE Holding N.V., a listed supplier of e-business solutions, after completing his Business Economics study. Next, he fulfilled different sales management positions at software suppliers EC-Gate and Izodia Plc. Paul built up expertise in marketing on-demand cloud software initiatives. After serving Esize as Commercial Director for 15 years, he is primarily responsible in his current role for the product strategy and innovation roadmap of Proactis.

Product Director
Paul Massey
Paul joined Proactis in 2014 and, as Product Director, he is responsible for the direction and delivery of our product portfolio. 

A specialist in product and program management, Paul has more than 25 years’ experience in the procurement and ERP sectors across the UK and Europe, including roles at JBA, JD Edwards, the Crown Prosecution Service and Abel & Cole.
UK Market Director
Ilija Ugrinic

Ilija joined Proactis in 2014 and, as UK Market Director, is responsible for business growth and customer retention in the territory. Prior to joining Proactis, Ilija was a Director of Intelligent Capture, a business that was acquired by Proactis in 2014.
Ilija has very successfully undertaken a wide variety of roles during his 18 years within the area of Spend Control and eProcurement, with proven success and experience in Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, Innovation and Sales and Marketing. In that time Ilija has helped organizations of the caliber of P&O Ferrymasters, Screwfix Direct, Four Seasons Health Care and Government of Gibraltar deliver tangible outcomes through a consultative lead approach of combining performance benchmarking, automation and process best practice.

Market Director France
Olivier Jung

Olivier Jung has held the position of Market Director since October 2019 and is in charge of designing and steering the company's strategic plans in France.

Olivier has nearly 20 years experience, having started his career at BT Syntegra before joining Nokia (ex-Alcatel-Lucent) in 2006 where he worked on various projects related to the digital transformation of the purchasing and finance functions. He joined Hubwoo in 2012 which was integrated with Perfect Commerce in 2017. Prior to taking over the French management position during the merger with Proactis, Olivier Jung was European Key Account Director at Perfect Commerce.

Managing Director (Benelux)
Tim Schaefers

Tim Schaefers joined Proactis in 2018 as Managing Director of Esize, which he founded in 1999 and was acquired by Proactis in 2018.

In his role as Benelux Managing Director he is responsible for business growth and customer retention in the region. Tim has been active in various B2B Sales & Marketing positions after completing his Technical Business study program. He has fulfilled different sales management positions at Koninklijke Ahrend N.V. and, next, has been involved in the outsourcing of facility services for Buhrmann N.V. and Océ N.V. In addition, Tim was the co-founder of Eperium.

Market Director (DACH)
Marco Schulten
In 2019, Marco Schulten joined Proactis from a European Source-to-Pay provider, where he was Managing Director of the Central Europe region.

Marco has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the financial software and services industry. He is passionate about helping clients and prospects optimally manage their spend through digital transformation.
