Proactis announces 2021 UK Partner award winners

December 2021 - Proactis, the spend management experts, would like to announce the winners of its prestigious UK Partner Awards which recognise the tremendous achievements attained by Proactis partners:
  • Reseller Partner 2021 – Lake Financial Systems
  • Referral Partner 2021 – Unit4
  • New Partner of the Year – QUANTIQ
New awards added for 2021 were:
  • Reseller Person 2021 – Jonathan Isherwood at Lake
  • Referral Person 2021 – Mark Harris at Embridge Consulting
These new awards are to recognise the individuals that have delivered the most in the selected categories and creates competition at a more personal level.

The awards were presented virtually at the Proactis Partner Summit which was held online on 8 November. Deborah Jones, Partner Manager, hosted the event which was attended by representatives of 19 partners.

“12 weeks into new ownership, the Partner Summit was perfectly timed to provide an update and statement of direction to our partners, followed by the sharing of thoughts and expectations around market forces impacting businesses today, next year and into the future,” stated Deborah.

Receiving the Reseller of the year award, on behalf of LAKE, was Adrian Howard, General Manager. "We are very pleased to receive this prestigious award once again. We believe that our customers should have access to world class cloud solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and secure. The combination of LAKE services and Proactis’ world beating technology is helping to make that vision a reality."

For the 3rd year running, Unit4 received the Referral Partner of the Year award, demonstrating once again the synergies and success of the partnership.  “It’s fantastic to be recognised in this way, and we’re hoping to make it a 4th year in 2022!” revealed Global ISV Director, Bryson Busniuk. James Arvin Director of Sales – UK Public Sector at Unit4 added: “Our 19 years of partnership with our friends at Proactis continues to add value for Unit4 and our customers.”

Paul Jones, QUANTIQ General Manager of IP, said: “We are surprised and delighted to receive New Partner of the Year award from Proactis. It’s early days in the partnership and we already enjoy working with the Proactis team, and are hoping for a bright future together.”

Deborah Jones highlighted: “The Partner Summit was even more important this year as we have seen, and expect to continue to see, changes in market demands. This is partly as a result of the changes in the business operational models over the last 18 months, resulting in the opportunity to review their needs and approaches, with staff attraction and retention being a key driver, along with a cloud first approach and all the benefits that brings. Automation of processes is now vital, and that links into staff retention not just cost savings and efficiency. Being able to talk about these changes, not just in relation to Proactis but the wider network and market, enables us as a network to look at how we can deliver more to our mutual customers.”

Deborah concluded: “On a personal level, I miss seeing our Partners in person, although virtual partnership working means I am connecting more frequently with partners around the world, which is exciting for our Partner Network and Proactis as a business.”
