We call it the Search function, but what you want to do is find the document you are looking for.

By adding the ability to search for tags, and a way not to include lots of documents in the search results, we have made it easier for you to find the one you are looking for!

Your ideas have resulted in several improvements in Query Desk.

For example, the way you can now organise your workload based on “Document Tags” , or track and report on document cancellations, via the “Query Desk User KPI” report, these were based on your ideas.

Easy does it 

To make your life easier, we have made some small improvements to Invoice Management. For example, you can now calculate missing fields, the simplification of a number of screens, and unlocking a user account is now much easier.

Suggestions such as these have come from you, our customers, and are now available for you to enjoy.

Friendly by nature

User friendliness is a term that is often used, but hard to define – but we keep doing our utmost to make our solutions as friendly as possible.
 
For example, we have limited the eInvoices a user sees to what is relevant for that specific user, we introduced product variations, we made it possible to include financial information when importing data to Contract Management.
 
While these are small steps in user friendliness, it is our nature to keep doing them!

International by design

Even if your organisation is active in only one country, you are still part of the international ecosystem. Your Rego users might prefer a different language and your suppliers may send you goods from anywhere. 

To support this, we believe in “international by design”. An example of this is, in the first quarter of 2023 we released widgets for multi-lingual companies, as well as improving time zone support.
