Our teams benefit from using systems and tools that are accessible from any location and this enables them to work remotely. Our plans are flexible and allow us to make required adjustments for specific scenarios and we are certain that this will allow us to continue to support all our customers during these unpredictable times.
At this time, based on government guidance and to protect our employees, we have made the decision for our team members to work from home for the foreseeable future, where this is possible. Our business continues to provide customers with the support that they need, despite a change to our normal working practices.
