Over the past 18 months, there's been a lot of attention on Procurement, and rightly so. Procurement teams across the globe have been challenged with adopting new ways of working, all while ensuring their organisation gets the best value from every supplier contract, supply chain risk is reduced, and suppliers remain compliant and meet performance standards.

With this in mind, listen to this special podcast – 'Procurement's Time to Shine' – with Steve Willetts, Embridge Consulting (Proactis Partner) and Joe Catling, Proactis as they reflect on:
  • The typical challenges they have seen Procurement facing in the last 18 months.
  • How the pandemic has supported a shift in mindset with regards to contract and supplier management.
  • How Proactis' customers have adapted to challenges within the business landscape.
  • Advice on how you can begin to build a strong business case for procurement transformation within your organisation.
