Supplier Management

The process of building and maintaining a strong supplier base by structuring and streamlining the entire supplier lifecycle - from supplier recruitment, through qualification, on-boarding and performance appraisal.

  • Management of up-to-date information about all suppliers.
  • Reduction of exposure to supplier risk through consistent qualification and review processes.
  • Development of strong supplier relationships through easy, effective interaction.
  • Minimised administrative time and effort for procurement.

This includes all types of suppliers, such as:
  • Suppliers of direct and indirect goods.
  • Suppliers of ongoing, periodic, and one-time services.
  • High volume / low value and low volume / high value suppliers.
  • Huge global corporations and small local companies.
  • Companies with sophisticated IT capabilities and companies with very little.
  • Local, regional and global suppliers.
