Stephen joined Proactis in June 2022, with over 20 years’ experience in the software industry, to support Proactis’ transformational initiatives.

Stephen has a wealth of experience from over 20 years in B2B software, helping deliver scalable international growth programmes and overseeing the delivery of many transformational business projects. Prior to Proactis, he held positions at Harness, an innovative software delivery platform, where he was EMEA VP & GM, and data and analytics company, Cloudera, where he helped scale the business to have sales teams in 18 countries, customers in 65 countries and ARR from <$1m to $250m.

Lucy Fox

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Lucy Fox joined Proactis as Chief Commercial Officer in January 2023 to maximise commercial growth for Proactis.

Lucy has extensive experience from senior roles for fast growth SaaS companies. She is an experienced Commercial leader, having successfully driven business development in enterprise software and IT B2B organisations from start-ups to large enterprise organisations covering multiple industry sectors.

Bonnie Mitchell

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Bonnie joined Proactis as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in September 2023 to drive Proactis’ financial growth and success in the coming years.

Bonnie joined Proactis from Form3 with over 15 years of experience in finance across practice advisory, consumer brands and technology companies, and has seen first-hand how organisations control their spend and reduce risk. Her financial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership skills play a pivotal role in driving Proactis' financial objectives and growth strategy.

Ilija Ugrinic

Commercial Solutions Director

Ilija joined Proactis in 2014 and, as Commercial Solutions Director, is responsible for business growth and market delivery, with strategic input into product direction and partner management.

Prior to joining Proactis, Ilija was a Director of Intelligent Capture, a business that was acquired by Proactis in 2014. Ilija has very successfully undertaken a wide variety of roles within the area of Spend Control and eProcurement, with proven success and experience in Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, Innovation and Sales and Marketing.

Toby Davidson

Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO)

Toby joined the Proactis executive leadership team as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) in September 2023.

Having previously held positions at SAP, NetSuite and PriceFX he has a wealth of experience to oversee the development and enhancement of the Proactis Rego platform with a key focus on AI and machine learning, and increasing user productivity. His background in delivering value through AI and data-driven workflow and analysis will help Proactis shape objectives in the AI and machine learning space.

Graham Davis

Director of Operations

Graham joined Proactis in mid-2024 as Director of Global Operations having held senior positions at one of Europe’s largest independent IT groups, SCC, Fujitsu and SAS, among others.

Graham has over 20 years' experience of helping organisations accelerate and grow and, via our commercial operations and go-to-market strategy, will help Proactis get to where it deserves to be - one of the most admired brands in the SaaS space.
