Holiday park operator to bring corporate expenditure under control with Proactis

Current users of Proactis Purchase-to-Pay, a cloud-based software application designed to manage all non-payroll spend, the holiday park operator has selected Proactis Supplier Relationship Management, Content Management and Employee Expenses to impose vital controls over spending and bring savings from process efficiencies:

  • ProactisContent Management provides electronic catalogue maintenance, supplier-led or in-house published with unlimited attributes and categorisation.
  • Proactis Employee Expenses enables entry and processing of “after-the-fact” purchases that still need to be recorded and available for analysis to ensure visibility across all administrative spend.
