Tim is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Over the last ten years, he has built up an expertise within the small cap AIM listed market with over 25 financial years' experience across 5-10 companies as consulting CFO, before joining Proactis as full-time CFO in January 2016 and CEO in January 2019. Prior to that, he held senior positions within corporate finance at KPMG and as Commercial Director at Mountain Warehouse.

Tripp became President of Proactis US in early 2017. Prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer of Perfect Commerce and headed up its acquisition strategy.

He was Chief Financial Officer of Perfect Commerce when the company was acquired by CorMine, a leading procurement services company. Prior to joining CorMine, Tripp had 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, including the position of senior vice president for Wachovia Bank.

He occupied senior positions of CEO and COO in a number of UK-listed companies including 4imprint, RTS, Eleco, Altitude and Avacta. He is also, presently, Non-executive Chairman of Custom Gateway, QPC and Sitedesk (all non-competing PE-backed software companies).

He served as CEO of Answork, one of the first market place for B2B e-commerce, in the early stage of this industry. In addition, he has been for 10 years responsible for business development in industry markets at SOPRA-STERIA, a European leader in IT services.
