There has never been a better time to automate – or further optimize – your Source-to-Pay processes and ensure that business can continue under any circumstances.

In this webcast we outline how digital agility has become essential to procurement and finance professionals, just like you, to deliver Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and eProcurement benefits to their organisations and the ways you can achieve this.
Duncan Jones, Vice President and Principal Analyst from Forrester discusses how organisations are moving away from rigid, old-fashioned procurement models that focus on enforcement.

He shares case studies across different sectors that demonstrate how these organisations are adopting technology to automate processes to make them more agile and enable employees to buy what they need easily, whilst maintaining the necessary controls.
Hear from Ian McKee, Assistant Director of Finance at the University of Sussex on how automating their source-to-pay processes with Proactis solutions has enabled them to:
  • Provide buyers with a toolkit that is intuitive and agile and makes it easier for suppliers to trade with them.
  • Move their entire AP function off-site without any disruption to service during the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • Use the data/KPIs that technology provides to continuously measure and improve their processes.
