- Proactis, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced that The Guinness Partnership has contracted the Proactis Sourcing solution on a two-year subscription, following a public tender process.
The Guinness Partnership is one of the largest providers of affordable housing and care in England. The Partnership owns and manages around 65,500 homes, provides services for more than 135,000 people and employs over 3,000 staff.
Proactis Sourcing solutions provide a series of flexible, collaborative, and efficient methods for performing competitive sourcing events of all types, including complex tender projects, auctions and routine quote-based purchases. It enables a structured, transparent, and easily tracked process from expression of need through final contract award.
By using eProcurement to facilitate sourcing activities, organisations can improve productivity, reduce supplier risk, increase compliance and transparency, as well as achieve savings from the use of competitive sourcing methods for a greater percentage of spend.
The Guinness Partnership is the latest customer to join over 60 housing associations that use Proactis solutions, including Trident Housing, Anchor Trust, Places for People, Home Group, L&Q, Origin Housing, Genesis Housing, Peabody Trust and The Riverside Group.
