  • PROACTIS today announced it has signed another oil and gas company for its Spend Control and eProcurement solutions.
  • The oil and gas exploration and production company, which operates in Africa, has selected the PROACTIS purchase-to-pay solution to manage the complete buying cycle - from expression of need to approval of payment - in a consistent and fully transparent manner.
  • In addition to reducing costs upstream in the buying cycle, PROACTIS will automate the inbound receipt of invoices with document scanning to eliminate labour-intensive processes and reduce cycle times downstream in Accounts Payable.
  • The company has also selected PROACTIS Stores to record, control and track stock items to ensure purchases are only made when necessary.
  • PROACTIS will be integrated to the company's SunSystems finance system to provide end-to-end process management.
