Charitable Trust to Streamline Purchase-to-Pay with PROACTIS eProcurement

PROACTIS, the Spend Control and eProcurement specialist, today announced a leading UK charitable trust has selected the PROACTIS eProcurement solution to streamline its purchase-to-pay processes.
The Trust, which provides sports and leisure facilities to communities, will use PROACTIS to automate the manual, paper-intensive processes involved in the day-to-day purchasing of goods and services, whilst maintaining full control and visibility of spend.
PROACTIS simplifies the purchase-to-pay process from requisition, order, approval, goods receipt, invoice matching and discrepancy resolution; and is easily integrated to corporate financial and ERP systems.
PROACTIS will be integrated to the Trust's existing Infor FMS SunSystems finance system to offer seamless financial control processes.
