International Clothing Retailer Selects PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay & Employee Expenses

PROACTIS, the Spend Control and eProcurement specialist, today announced that an international clothing retailer has selected the PROACTIS eProcurement solution to streamline the purchasing process and automate the management of employee expense claims.
The retailer, which is headquartered in the UK, sells clothing and accessories primarily through mail order, online and telephone in the UK, America and parts of Europe.
PROACTIS eProcurement will enable the retailer to automate the full purchase-to-pay and employee expense process, in order to gain increased financial visibility and control of spend, as well achieve efficiency and cost savings.
The solution, which also includes document management, has been purchased on a 3-year subscription and will be integrated to the client's Infor FMS SunSystems finance system.
