
Three Local Authorities in North Wales Select PROACTIS eProcurement

- PROACTIS, the Spend Control and eProcurement specialist, today announced that three local authorities in North Wales have entered into an agreement with PROACTIS for the delivery of an eProcurement platform.
- Wrexham, Flintshire and Denbighshire County Councils aim to derive quick and significant efficiencies through the sharing of project management resource and the selection of the PROACTIS eProcurement solution to manage their spend.
- The PROACTIS eProcurement solution delivers paperless ordering, receipting and invoicing, enables councils to pay all approved and undisputed invoices within 30 days of receipt and ensures efficiency in the purchase-to-pay cycle to free resources for frontline services.
- The three Welsh local authorities will focus on improving financial management processes, particularly the entire lifecycle efficiency of a transaction; from the way an item is ordered to the way that the final invoice is processed and obtain full insight into cash flow and financial commitments.
- PROACTIS will be integrated to their respective finance systems and offers proven, fully vendor-supported and maintained integration.
