Halcrow Completes First Phase of Global PROACTIS Procure-to-Pay Project
PROACTIS, the spend control and eProcurement specialist, today announced the completion of the first phase roll-out of its purchase-to-pay, supplier relationship management, catalogue management and eInvoicing technology solutions within Halcrow's UK business.
Halcrow is a global consultancy specialising in planning, design and management services for infrastructure development. With 7,000 employees across 80 countries, Halcrow is seizing the opportunity to better manage the purchasing of indirect goods and services across the organisation.

PROACTIS enables Halcrow to direct regional and mobile staff to preferred suppliers, easy-to-use order templates, contracts and catalogues, whilst reducing the cost of the procurement process, improving transparency, and ensuring organisation-wide compliance.
In addition to streamlining the procurement and purchasing processes, PROACTIS also reduces administration costs and improves efficiency in Accounts Payable, by automating the processes that manage the receipt, matching and approval of supplier invoices and other payable items.
