announced a strategic partnership agreement to provide the PROACTIS
suite of enterprise level eProcurement solutions to UNIT4 customers
and prospects. The new agreement has been signed following a track
record of collaboration.
The partnership combines UK-based PROACTIS experience of
delivering best-in-class spend control and eProcurement solutions
to Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Chief Procurement Officers
(CPOs) with the global reach and customer base of UNIT4. Able to be
implemented as individual modules or as an integrated solution into
UNIT4 Financial Management Systems, PROACTIS extends the existing
functionality to provide a full scope eProcurement solution for
end-to-end process management.
