PROACTIS partner, Touchstone, has today announced Integrated Dental Holdings (IDH) as the latest organisation to select PROACTIS to control indirect spend across its nationwide network of over 250 practices.
After evaluating a number of eProcurement and ERP specialists, PROACTIS was chosen because of its breadth of functionality and strong track record of quick and easy integration with other business systems to reduce cost and risk.
The PROACTIS purchase-to-pay solution provides a web-based system that simplifies the buying of indirect goods and services, ensuring that staff only purchase from approved suppliers and that these purchases are approved before commitment. It also provides managers with full visibility of requests with related financial information to support daily buying decisions and budget control.
By integrating PROACTIS with their Microsoft Dynamics NAV system, IDH will further streamline the purchase-to-pay process. Data such as suppliers and accounts will be maintained in one database, avoiding the risk of duplicate entries and reducing administration time.
