Royal British Legion Broadens eProcurement Initiative with Employee Expenses

- PROACTIS partner, LAKE, today announced The Royal British Legion (RBL) has expanded its eProcurement program with a 1,000 user licence of PROACTIS Employee Expenses.
- Having already streamlined their purchase-to-pay process with PROACTIS, the RBL wanted to reduce the administration time involved in their employee expense management process.
- After using PROACTIS Employee Expenses on a limited number of staff, the RBL has now progressed to a 1,000 user system.
- Staff submit their expenses online where they are automatically routed for authorisation, before being posted to the finance system for Payroll.
- Like PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay, the expenses solution will be integrated to the charity's Infor FMS SunSystems finance system.
