National Theatre Controls Spend with PROACTIS
Royal National Theatre to roll-out PROACTIS Spend Control solution with Infor FMS SunSystems from Touchstone.
PROACTIS partner, Touchstone, today announced that it is to supply and implement PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) to the Royal National Theatre. The publicly funded theatre production company will be using PROACTIS to control spend throughout the organisation; ensuring that all purchases are authorised.
PROACTIS P2P will provide full visibility of the cost pipeline, enabling managers to report on and analyse all spend as soon as it is committed and ensure that production budgets are not exceeded. It will also allow them to measure supplier performance and drive better deals from preferred suppliers.
The PROACTIS system will integrate seamlessly into the Theatre's SunSystems finance system, providing an end-to-end solution for the whole Purchase-to-Pay cycle. They will also be using the Sales Invoicing module from Proactis, to streamline the invoice raising process.
