Gamestec Selects PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay for Spend Control
UK gaming operator streamlines Accounts Payable processes and controls spend with PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)
Owned by Danoptra Limited, one of the UK's leading players in the gaming marketplace, Gamestec has more than 1,000 employees, providing operating services to more than 40,000 gaming machines across the UK.
The gaming operator is currently embarking on a roll-out of PROACTIS P2P at its Head Office to streamline the Accounts Payable process and gain control of indirect spend within the organisation.
PROACTIS P2P will support day-to-day purchasing process in a way that ensures compliance with their sourcing and authorisation rules while at the same time making it easy as possible for employees throughout the organisation to buy the goods and services they need. In addition, management will be able to use the PROACTIS reporting tool to gain full visibility of spend.
PROACTIS P2P will be integrated into Gamestec's SunSystems finance system and configured to meet their specific requirements and procurement procedure.
