US Transit Authority Goes Live with PROACTIS Spend Control
Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) has successfully implemented PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay into its accounting package, Microsoft Dynamics GP, with the help of PROACTIS Group's US partner, Tribridge.
The Authority, which operates a mass transit bus service in the US state of Iowa, joins over 300 existing PROACTIS user organisations in streamlining its Accounts Payable processes and benefitting from PROACTIS' unique value proposition:
- Control: Over what is spent, with which suppliers and by whom, and assurance that every purchase is properly approved and checked against available budget prior to commitment;
- Visibility: Of the cost pipeline, supplier performance, the approval process and key performance indicators;
- Cost Savings: Through streamlined administrative processes and through the ability to drive better deals from preferred suppliers
