North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust select PROACTIS
North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust has become the latest organisation to select the PROACTIS Strategic Procurement solution. North Middlesex Hospital serves the communities of the London Boroughs of Enfield and Harringey and the surrounding area. It has an income of £133 million pounds a year for patient care. Last year it treated over 450,000 patients and the trust employees over 2000 people.
Over the coming weeks the Trust will implement the PROACTIS Supplier Management, Sourcing Management and Contract Management modules to provide a sophisticated strategic procurement solution. The implementation of the system will generate significant savings which the trust will use to reinvest in patient care.
Jamie Parris, Head of Procurement at the Trust said "After extensive market testing we chose the PROACTIS system as the most comprehensive solution for the Trust. The applications ability to handle all sourcing exercises from simple RFQ's up to complex OJEU tenders and eAuctions means that we will see a clear return on our investment in the product."
