ADERANT Partners with PROACTIS Group Ltd

Atlanta, GA -December 1, 2008 - ADERANT, a global provider of business and financial management software for law firms, today announced that the company has signed a global distributor agreement with PROACTIS Group Ltd., a world leader in Spend Control and e-Procurement software applications.  PROACTIS Group has more than 300 major customers in over 70 countries, including such leading law firms as Clifford Chance and Herbert Smith.

Under the terms of the agreement ADERANT will resell PROACTIS Group's flagship application suite, PROACTIC P2P (Purchase-to-Pay), to law firms and other professional services organizations.  PROACTIS P2P is Spend Control software that helps firms improve profitability by controlling and reducing indirect expenditures.  It provides increased visibility into non-payroll spending and delivers significant cost savings by streamlining the purchasing process and administration. "We are delighted to be working with ADERANT to bring our market-leading PROACTIS spend control software to additional law firms around the world," said Rod Jones, Chief Executive Officer of PROACTIS Group Ltd.  "ADERANT's impressive track record of success throughout the legal industry coupled with our proven ability to help firms control costs and reduce expenditures makes for a very compelling value proposition."
