CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER | Tim Sykes

Tim Sykes

Tim was appointed during 2006 at the time of the float.  He is Chief Financial Officer at Avacta Group plc and Mountain Warehouse Limited and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.        

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER | Sean McDonough

Alan Aubrey

Sean was appointed during 2006 at the time of the float. His previous roles include : Director of Professional Services for the CODA Group plc, Silknet Europe Limited and Kana Inc.                

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER | Kevin Chidlow

Kevin Chidlow

Appointed in 2001 Kevin is the head of product strategy & development. Previous roles include : implementation & software development manager with IBS & a Local Government systems accountant. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (IPFA).

SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR | Mark McCarthy

Mark was one of the founding employees of PROACTIS in 1996, originally responsible for marketing where he led the development of the “spend control” brand. In 2001 Mark introduced the company’s first channel partner programme and today is now responsible for sales and marketing across the Group. Mark has also held previous positions with CODA plc, SSA Global Technologies, Inc. and Outlooksoft, Inc.
