Financial Services Membership Organisation Selects PROACTIS
Professional membership organisation to implement PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay solution
PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced that a financial services membership organisation has selected PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) to help improve financial control, visibility and auditability of their corporate expenditure.
With over 100,000 members, the professional organisation covers a range of disciplines in the financial services industry sector and is recognised worldwide.
PROACTIS will streamline their entire P2P process in a way that ensures compliance with established approval policies to avoid unnecessary or inappropriate purchases. By using the online system, the P2P process will be faster and more transparent for employees, provide managers with greater budget control and increase cost pipeline visibility for financial management. It will also speed up PO release to suppliers, enable automated receipt and invoice matching in addition to capturing an electronic history of spend activity.
The body will join a long list of financial establishments who use PROACTIS cloud-based Spend Control and eProcurement solutions, including: Travelex (UK), Fifth Third Bank, FTSE International, Hermes Fund Managers, Ahli United Bank, Equity Insurance Group and Natixis Global Asset Management.
