PROACTIS Launches Customer Advisory Group

PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced it has launched its first Customer Advisory Group.
The meeting took place in London, UK. A selection of senior executives from organisations across the European commercial sector are supporting the initiative including; P&O Ferrymasters, Jones Lang La Salle, Screwfix, Mears Group and Fujitsu (UK and Ireland).
The group will meet periodically throughout the year aligning the PROACTIS strategy with customers' fast changing technology and business plans. This will include an extended group of customers from a range of industry sectors to discuss ideas for new solutions, how customers are achieving real bottom-line value, and learn about future technologies and how they will support customers’ strategic initiatives.
During the meeting, PROACTIS shared its strategy and growth plans, obtaining valuable feedback and insight. Customers were able to introduce their respective organisations, share experiences, openly network amongst each other, talk about their needs, and discuss solutions and strategies together with the PROACTIS senior management team.
Ilija Ugrinic, Group Commercial Director – Europe, said: “Close customer relationships are key to our strategy and we are exploring ways at every level that we can to work in close partnership with our customers. The aim of the Customer Advisory Group is to establish strong relationships with customers at a strategic level while gaining insight that forms a part of our thinking for how we improve the business and the solutions we provide. The first event has certainly shown real value to all parties and we look forward to the next meeting and also exploring the creation of a public sector Customer Advisory Group”.

The Customer Advisory Group meetings will be held at least every six months as a forum for discussion amongst peers who seek to work in close partnership with PROACTIS and network with other peers amongst market leading organisations.
