Fujitsu Signs Multi-Year Subscription Deal for PROACTIS Cloud Purchase-to-Pay Platform

PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced a multi-year subscription agreement with Fujitsu UK & Ireland for the PROACTIS cloud Purchase-to-Pay platform. The agreement includes access to a fully-integrated solution that includes Purchase-to-Pay automation, Compliance Management, and a fully managed service for Invoice Document and Data Capture.

“As a technology organisation, we are constantly pursuing innovation and agility – and our purchase-to-pay processes must enable this,” says Clive Rees, CPO at Fujitsu.  “We chose PROACTIS as they understood Fujitsu’s requirements and offered a robust, flexible end-to-end solution.  We expect working with PROACTIS to enable us to streamline our procurement and finance processes, improving business efficiency and ultimately support us in delivering value to our customers.”

“At Fujitsu we greatly value our supplier relationships, a large number of whom are SMEs.  Implementing PROACTIS will improve engagement with suppliers, particularly through supplier self-service capabilities and prompt payment.  It will also reduce dependency on paperwork and enable our teams to focus on higher value activities,” he added.

Worldwide, PROACTIS serves over 500 organisations, and continues to expand its enterprise-level customer base looking to improve spend control processes across geographically dispersed locations, multiple business units, and/or operations in multiple countries.

"We are seeing more organisations join us as they recognise they can leverage the power and reach of the cloud to access world-class Spend Control and eProcurement capabilities, and ensure those solutions are easy to deploy from an IT, organisational, and end-user perspective," said Rod Jones, CEO of PROACTIS. "PROACTIS offers all the well documented advantages of the cloud, comprehensive, fully-integrated procure-to-pay functionality, and the scalability, security, and reliability larger organisations require of mission critical systems.”

Fujitsu plans to go live on the PROACTIS cloud Purchase-to-Pay platform in 2015.
