PROACTIS Announces Senior Management Appointments and Changes
PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced senior management appointments that cover the positions of Commercial Director EMEA and Global Marketing Director. This announcement follows a recent appointment of Ed Bauer, President, PROACTIS Holdings North America.

Ilija Ugrinic, currently Commercial Director of Intelligent Capture, a recent PROACTIS Group acquisition, is appointed Group Commercial Director, Europe.
Ilija joined Intelligent Capture in 2003 and has played a leading role in creating and executing on a strategy that has helped Intelligent Capture become one of the UK’s leading document and data capture specialists with customers of the calibre of Greggs, Screwfix Direct, Four Seasons Health Care, Debenhams and Welsh Assembly Government. In addition, other notable achievements include establishing a strategic partnership with UNIT4 Business Software and subsequent introduction of the Invoice4 Accounts Payable solution. Since the acquisition in 2014, Ilija led the integration of Intelligent Capture to provide key aspects of the group's invoice automation solution offerings as well as driving the continued growth of the Intelligent Capture business post acquisition within his role as Commercial Director. Ilija has a Bachelor of Sciences (BSc) degree in Industrial Marketing from Staffordshire University.
Simon Dadswell, currently Marketing Director is appointed Global Marketing Director.
Simon joined PROACTIS in 2009 and has successfully led the go-to-market strategies for the company’s extensive range of source-to-contract and purchase-to-pay solutions. During that period PROACTIS has grown significantly with customers of the calibre of Fujitsu, Fifth Third Bank, Cancer Research UK, and Department for Education. Previously, Simon held senior marketing positions at FTSE IT companies, cloud SaaS start-ups and specialist financial software houses including; KCOM PLC, Endeavors Technologies Inc, Intec PLC (now CSG) & Coda Financials (now UNIT4). Simon Dadswell holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing Practice from Sheffield Hallam University.
