PROACTIS Announces New Procurement Joint Venture in India

PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced the launch of a joint venture company in India, through the establishment of a unique procurement software and services operation, which will trade as PROACTIS Total Procure. The new Indian-based company has been established in collaboration with two major Indian companies: Khwantum Capital Private Limited (U74910WB2008PTC123792) and Avan Projects Private Limited (U27101MH2009PTC196148).
Through the new company, PROACTIS will address the significant procurement opportunities in India, one of the world's fastest growing economies. In the first month of operation, PROACTIS Total Procure has already engaged in an exploratory project for provision of procurement software services to one of the world's 50 fastest growing FMCG companies based in India.

PROACTIS develops leading-edge Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay software solutions and through this new joint venture company, PROACTIS Total Procure will bring the global experience and capabilities of PROACTIS to India. PROACTIS Total Procure will deliver a unique combination of innovative software solutions and well-structured services by experienced professionals. Clients will benefit from a program of productivity improvement, cycle time reduction, quality improvement and service improvement. The company can manage all or part of organisations' procurement operations or take clients through a procurement review to give them the best advice.
