PROACTIS Releases New Case Study on Global eProcurement Implementation at CCI

News Facts
  • PROACTIS, the Spend Control and eProcurement specialist, has released an in-depth case study on how Control Components, Inc. (CCI), a global provider of severe service control valve solutions used in the power, oil and gas industries, is working with PROACTIS to improve spend management across its global operations.
  • CCI selected PROACTIS as part of its effort to transform disparate information systems across the company and establish a global Spend Control and eProcurement framework that would institute consistent authorisation controls, policy and regulatory compliance.
  • PROACTIS was initially piloted at CCI's headquarters, before being deployed across 22 locations in 14 countries within just nine months.
  • Simon Dadswell, Marketing Director at PROACTIS commented: "With CCI, we have put in place the capabilities to ultimately provide a common Spend Control umbrella across a global operation. This includes support system requirements such as a multi-organisation design, easy integration, multi-language and multi-currency capability along with support for multiple taxation methods and different regulatory requirements."
  • "This case study is an excellent reference for any Finance or Procurement professional looking to make a definitive business case for technology implementation across multi locations and geographic territories."
