PROACTIS, the Spend Control and eProcurement specialist, today announced that the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) has implemented the PROACTIS eProcurement solution to improve control and reduce costs in the procurement and purchase-to-pay cycle.
CATSA is a Canadian Crown corporation responsible for the security screening at 89 airports in Canada, reporting to The Parliament of Canada through the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities.
CATSA will use PROACTIS to streamline the purchase-to-pay
process; from requisition through to order approval and goods/services receipt. Integration to CATSA's Microsoft Dynamics GP finance system will provide a seamless process from orders through to payments, as well as giving a real-time view of commitments.
PROACTIS is configured with multi language capabilities and will be implemented across CATSA's multiple sites.
