Charitable Trust selects PROACTIS to Optimise the Use of Available Funds
PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced that an independent charitable Trust is to implement PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay to minimise costs, optimise the use of available funds, and maintain essential financial controls.
The Trust delivers and manages a range of leisure facilities and will join a long list of PROACTIS clients in the Not-for-Profit Sector including: Action on Hearing Loss, RSPCA, NSPCC, Age UK and Anthony Nolan Trust.
The PROACTIS solution will support the Trust's purchasing process by making it easy for employees to submit their requests while ensuring financial control and compliance. Core functionality includes requisition/ purchase order creation, supplier catalogues, workflow, budget and approvals management, goods received and troubleshooting, invoice receipt and matching, posting to financials.
The selection of PROACTIS was driven by the need to simplify the day-to-day purchasing process while ensuring compliance with all sourcing, authorisation and financial controls. PROACTIS will be integrated to the Trust's existing Infor FMS SunSystems finance system to offer seamless and effective financial control.
